Skills and Experience: I have worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and in Australia with children, young people and families in a range of services including Child Protection, Hospital, Women’s Refuge, Child Adolescent Mental Health and Police. I have worked in rural, urban and remote settings with a diverse range of cultures. I work in a holistic way, and I enjoy supporting people with their healing process.

Therapeutic approaches I use include: Trauma therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness; Brief Intervention & Solution-focused.

For the past 25 years I have worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and in Australia with children, young people and families in a range of services including Child Protection, Hospital, Women’s Refuge and Police.
I am currently working with children and young people in mental health, and I have worked in rural, urban and remote settings with a diverse range of cultures.
I enjoy working alongside people and assisting them to find tools to help them move forward with their lives.
