Rowena Orpet has a background and holds registration in social work/counselling and therapy with over 27 years’ experience, gaining qualifications and working in both NZ and while living abroad in the UK for 9 years. She has worked across a range of sectors in mental health, conduct disorder, child/adult/couplefamily therapy, in DHB, NHS, MSD, private counselling practices and NGO’s. She has returned to practice from more recently being in Executive Leadership and Regional Manger position’s, in the sector of Harmful Sexual Behavior. Rowena practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Intervention.
