Midi is a Registered Social Worker and Eating Disorder Coach who combines academic expertise, clinical experience, and lived experience to provide highly individualised care. With a Masters in both Nutrition and Social Work, and over five years in the mental health field, she delivers evidence-based treatment for eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image challenges. She provides 1:1 adjunct therapy and group therapy under the ACC SCS contract. Midi is also a provider for Southern Cross Healthcare Mental Health and is available for private referrals.
Her approach integrates evidence-based tools, including CBT, ACT, and DBT strategies with personalised recovery planning, offering clients tools they can use in real life. Having battled bulimia herself for 10 years, Midi brings authenticity and deep empathy to her work, bridging the gap between clinical knowledge and genuine understanding.
She provides online coaching, personalised recovery plans, group programs, and ongoing between-session support, making treatment accessible and responsive.
