Martina Bruwer is a registered psychologist and the director of Ethos Psychology. She provides individually tailored mental health and behaviour support services designed to meet the needs of each person, family, or organisation she works with. Her approach is practical, thoughtful, and collaborative, with a strong focus on helping people build understanding, develop skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Martina’s work includes assessment and planning, behaviour support, professional development, workshops and training, clinical supervision and consulting, and neurofeedback training. She has a particular interest in positive behaviour change, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, neurodiversity, psychoeducation, and supporting people to better understand themselves and those around them. Alongside direct client work, she is passionate about education and empowering communities through knowledge that can be used in everyday life, combining compassion and understanding with clear, evidence-based strategies, grounded in real-world applications.
