Travel Information

I am a registered psychologist passionate about supporting individuals to make meaningful and positive changes in their lives. I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach, creating a safe space where clients can, reflect, explore challenges and develop practical, tailored strategies that support their wellbeing.

My practice is flexible, integrative, and grounded in evidence-based approaches, drawing on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.

I also bring experience living and working internationally, including eight years in Shanghai, which has strengthened my understanding of adjustment, life transitions, and cultural change. In addition, I have experience supporting individuals and organisations to enhance wellbeing within workplace contexts.
