Kia ora, I’m Lottie,
I am a registered counsellor practicing in Paeroa and Waihi. I am also available for online sessions. I currently have capacity for new clients and welcome private self-referrals.
I believe deeply in the power that comes from being heard, understood, and supported. I offer a calm, confidential space where adults can explore what matters most to them and reconnect with their own values and sense of direction. I know you are the expert of your own story and so I work alongside you rather than advising you. Building whanaungatanga through genuine connection, trust, and mutual understanding forms the heart of my practice. I value each person’s unique experiences and work at a pace set by you.
I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including emotional wellbeing, life changes, perinatal difficulties, relationship concerns, and times when things just feel overwhelming. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect.
I am a Provisional Member of the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC) and am committed to ethical, Te Tiriti–informed professional practice.
