Travel Information
With over 10 years of experience, I am a dedicated and compassionate counsellor who specialises in working with children, youth, and young adults. I commit to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals and families can explore their experiences, navigate challenges, and grow through change. I practice draws on a range of therapeutic models, including Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT), Somatic Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, empowering clients to build resilience, develop self-awareness, and move toward positive, meaningful outcomes. I am committed to walking alongside clients with care and authenticity, tailoring my approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
