Kelley Gower

Kelley works alongside clients to strengthen their inner resources, develop a stronger relationship with themselves and navigate life's challenges in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. With a background in psychology and counselling, Kelley brings an integrated understanding of mental health and wellbeing to her work with clients. Her practice is grounded in pluralism, recognising that trauma recovery is a deeply personal journey and that there is no "one size fits all" solution therefore drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches. Kelley works in a warm, collaborative and nonjudgemental way, offering both structure and creativity.
Qualifications: BA (Psychology), BA (Education), PGDip(Counselling), MA(Counselling)
