I work alongside clients to strengthen inner resources, reconnect with sense of self, build confidence in navigating life’s challenges and making meaningful changes with presenting mental‑health concerns. My practice is grounded in a pluralistic, holistic, person‑centred framework, drawing on different therapeutic approaches to support your goals and mental‑health challenges. I work in a warm and collaborative way, offering both structure and creativity. Together we move at a pace that feels safe and nonjudgemental. I welcome clients from intermediate‑school age right through to adulthood and the elderly. I am committed to supporting people of all genders and diverse backgrounds as a Te Tiriti‑informed partner.

I am a placement student with South Coast Psychology and Massey University, working under regular professional supervision. I offer both in‑person sessions in Christchurch and national telehealth sessions online.
