Katrina is a qualified and registered Social Worker with over ten years’ experience across a range of social work roles. She brings a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and holds a deep belief in people’s capacity for meaningful change when the right support is available at the right time.

Katrina works with care, empathy, and respect, creating safe and supportive spaces for those she walks alongside. Central to her practice is a strong focus on relationships, using a person-centred approach that prioritises comfort, connection, and trust within the therapeutic relationship.

Equine Therapy

Equine therapy has been used to treat anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, addiction, depression, PTSD and many other mental health conditions, and, in addition to targeting symptoms of those disorders, is theorized to help people build confidence, self-awareness, and empathy.
