Katherine Lee

I am a registered Psychologist who has been working in the mental health and wellbeing space for the past 13 years, and as a Psychologist for 8 of those years. I have experience with primary mental health brief intervention, forensic psychology, and have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults. I have particular areas of interest in anxiety management, family dynamics and difficulties, perinatal mental health, and interpersonal difficulties (for example, intimate relationships, familial relationships, friendships, and in workplaces). I am also interested in helping people to better understand themselves so they can make meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
