I’m a compassionate and empathetic counsellor who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and emotions. Using a collaborative, client-centred approach, I work alongside clients to build self-awareness, develop coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and work towards meaningful, lasting change. I believe in the importance of a trusting therapeutic relationship and meeting each person with warmth, respect, and understanding.
