Travel Information

I am a fully registered counsellor with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC), working with clients across all ages and life stages. I have a background in mental health, youth work and careers counselling, and I especially enjoy supporting people through identity development, education and work pathways, and major life transitions.

My work includes supporting people experiencing depression, anxiety, relational/ parenting challenges, faith matters and uncertainty about direction. I also have a strong focus on neurodiversity-affirming practice, offering a strengths-based space where neurodivergent clients feel understood and supported to explore how they think, learn, and function in the world.

Alongside this, I work with individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed, helping them move toward clearer goals and practical next steps.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person, drawing on person-centred, ACT, and solution-focused therapies. I aim to combine emotional support with practical strategies to help clients create meaningful and sustainable change. Currently working online in the evenings and weekends and some daytime slots. Face to face sessions available upon request and availability.
