Travel Information
Cat has spent the past fifteen years working as an outdoor professional, travelling and working across the globe - from North America and Europe to Patagonia, the Pacific Islands, Antarctica, and the High Arctic. Throughout her outdoor career, she worked extensively with young people, and more recently, focused on pastoral care and adventure therapy where she supported young people navigating mental health and addiction challenges. She has worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
Cat holds a Bachelor of Outdoor Education and Adventure Recreation with Distinction, a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Postgraduate Diploma of Arts (Psychology) with Distinction and a Master of Arts (Psychology) with Distinction. Cat recently completed her thesis and explored women’s experiences of living with reproductive health conditions through a narrative lens. Her own experiences with reproductive health challenges and chronic illness have shaped her interest in supporting women as they navigate their everyday lives and health journeys.
Cat is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of time in nature and enjoys spending her spare time outdoors. She has particular interests in social justice, community well-being, and fostering meaningful connection - both with the natural world and with others.
