Travel Information

Kia ora, I am Arianna and I am the founder of Integr8 - a shared wellness space at 151 Gala Street, Invercargill. My journey in the health and wellbeing field spans a decade, starting as a Mental Health Support Worker, where I discovered a passion for helping those facing mental health challenges.

My experience as an Addictions Practitioner at Ngā Kete Matauranga Pounamu Trust allowed me to understand the intricate links between addiction, mental health, and cultural identity. Currently, I work as a ACC Sensitive Claims counsellor, where I create safe spaces for trauma survivors to share and explore their experiences.

I’m deeply committed to holistic healing approaches, like somatic therapy, which focuses on the mind-body connection to help release trauma, Reiki, an energy healing practice that promotes balance and wellbeing and Rongoā Māori, traditional Māori healing that uses spiritual practices to restore health and harmony.
My aim is to provide a nurturing space for individuals and whanau to feel safe and supported as they reclaim their health and happiness.
