Travel Information
I've been a dietitian for 12 years and began my career working as a community dietitian and have since worked in several private roles including bariatrics, ACC, women's health, and gastroenterology.
My dietitian philosophy: I love helping people to find an approach to eating that suits their taste preferences and lifestyle, is practical, and not overwhelming. Everyone is unique and should be supported with that in mind - at their own pace, to meet their needs, and acknowledge and address the things that are important to them. I am passionate about helping people develop a more positive relationship with food, whether that be just improving their general nutrition or supporting recovery from disordered eating or an eating disorder
My qualifications:
Master of Dietitians
Dietitian Prescriber
Trauma Informed Care Training
Completed Eating Disorder Training for Dietitians
