South Coast Psychology is pleased to present The Nourishment Group — A four‑week program focused on nurturing wellbeing through growing food.

This program is embedded in:

  • Te Whare Tapa Whā — holistic wellbeing
  • Mindfulness — grounding and awareness
  • DBT, ACT & CBT — practical coping tools
  • Coping skills and stress management (integrated throughout)

This group begins on the 20 th of February, running from 11:00am to 1:00pm each week on a Friday.
Please note: the group will only run if we receive sufficient numbers.

Service Codes are: SCGT x 10 hours and SCGTT x 1 hour


The Nourishment Group will focus on:

  • Building self‑care and resilience
  • Emotional regulation and overall wellbeing
  • Managing trauma‑related stress
  • Strengthening connection through hands‑on food‑growing activities

Topics we will be exploring:

  • Self‑care routines
  • Coping skills and stress management
  • Creating a personal wellbeing plan
