South Coast Psychology is pleased to present The Nourishment Group — A four‑week program focused on nurturing wellbeing through growing food.
This program is embedded in:
- Te Whare Tapa Whā — holistic wellbeing
- Mindfulness — grounding and awareness
- DBT, ACT & CBT — practical coping tools
- Coping skills and stress management (integrated throughout)
This group begins on the 20 th of February, running from 11:00am to 1:00pm each week on a Friday.
Please note: the group will only run if we receive sufficient numbers.

The Nourishment Group will focus on:
- Building self‑care and resilience
- Emotional regulation and overall wellbeing
- Managing trauma‑related stress
- Strengthening connection through hands‑on food‑growing activities
Topics we will be exploring:
- Self‑care routines
- Coping skills and stress management
- Creating a personal wellbeing plan
