Kit is a qualified and registered Social Worker in the Timaru District, who has been practising in a variety of settings in NZ and overseas since 1999.
Kit offers a compassionate and safe environment for persons accessing ACC Sensitive Claims provisions to explore experiences, process emotions, and work through the things that cause challenge.
Kit’s therapeutic approach is relational, and incorporates trauma-informed, strengths-based, and future-focused lenses.
Kit has a Batchelor of Arts and Postgraduate Diploma in Social Services, is registered with the Social Work Registration Board, and is a member of ANZASW.

ACC Sensitive Claims Services
Through the ACC Sensitive Claims Service we offer fully funded support, treatment and assessment services for survivors of sexual abuse or assault. Our Named Service Providers are skilled, experienced, and qualified professionals.
Equine Therapy
Equine therapy has been used to treat anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders, addiction, depression, PTSD and many other mental health conditions, and, in addition to targeting symptoms of those disorders, is theorized to help people build confidence, self-awareness, and empathy.
