Travel Information
I work with adolescents (12+) and adults who want practical ways to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. Many of the people I support are experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional overwhelm, or sustained pressure in daily life.
My approach is collaborative, structured, and skills-focused. I integrate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and systemic approaches to help clients build effective tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships, while safely processing traumatic experiences.
I have particular experience working with individuals with ADHD, dyslexia, and athletes, and I take a holistic view of wellbeing, with a strong focus on understanding the nervous system and the mind–body connection.
