Travel Information

I am a registered trauma therapist with specialist expertise in eating disorders and body image concerns, with a particular focus on Binge Eating Disorder and emotional eating. My work integrates trauma-informed practice, nervous system regulation, lived-experience and evidence-based psychological approaches to support sustainable recovery and long-term wellbeing.

I have developed and facilitated two ACC-funded group therapy programs: one focused specifically on binge eating recovery, and another dedicated to body image. These programmes are grounded in both clinical research and lived insight, offering structured, compassionate spaces for clients to rebuild trust with food, their bodies, and themselves.

In addition to group work, I am available for adjunct therapy, supporting clients who are already engaged in primary treatment but would benefit from specialised work targeting binge eating, emotional eating patterns, and body image distress. My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical, helping clients understand the roots of their behaviours while building skills that translate into everyday life.

Alongside my clinical work, I am also a musician and creative. I enjoy singing and playing guitar, beach walks, dancing, collecting vinyl records, travel, podcasting, writing and entrepreneurship. I value supporting clients to reconnect with joy, self-expression, and life beyond symptom management.
