Pernilla Landstrom

Kia ora! Hej!
My name is Pernilla Helena Landström. I am 44 years old. I was born and raised in a village in Sweden. I have lived and travelled around the globe and arrived in Aotearoa New Zealand in 2005. I live in the beautiful Teviot Valley. I completed my counselling degree at Manukau Institute of Technology in June 2025, and I feel a deep calling to support and offer my service to those who wish to explore and make meaning to their personal journey of Life.
The counselling space that I offer is in the essence of Person-Centered Therapy where Carl Rodgers is my inspiration. My training has given me a smorgasbord (a great Swedish metaphor by the way) of a pluralistic approach where I draw from different modalities and interventions to support the client on their healing journey.
I am available online and in person in Roxburgh, with the option for evening sessions.
