Kia ora everyone,
We are all human beings, regardless of things like our culture, sexuality, nationality or socioeconomic backgrounds; and as such we often find ourselves in a maze like reality where we feel lost , alone and uncertain; confused and often afraid of how to find a way out.
My passion is to guide and help people out of the maze- whatever issues are blocking them from discovering their true self- and help them discover a place of peace, joy, acceptance and connection.
I'm self- employed as a Well-Being therapist - an integration of all my different knowledge and experience as an RN, Counsellor, Celebrant, IIN Health Coach, Tertiary Educator & Mindfulness Mentor. This enables me to provide heart- centred, holistic care to my clients in a safe and supportive environment.
I offer sessions online via Zoom from Bluff, as well as face to face sessions at my office in Invercargill.
I am registered as an ACC Health Provider and WINZ clients are able to access financial support for therapy.
I am available for free 15min discovery phone calls if you would like to meet me.
