Travel Information
I enjoy working in a holistic, sensitive and caring way and accompanying people on their spiritual journey. I have over 25 years’ experience in counselling, and teaching mindfulness based approaches including (MBSR), (DBT), (ACT) and am now running ACC Mindfulness in Nature Retreats and working with people to explore their spirituality.
I’m especially interested in the connection between wellness and nature and its power as a resource for healing. I believe that through cultivating a safe nurturing space others can explore their lives with curiosity and compassion and find greater clarity and freedom and connection with the Divine.
My current focus is in teaching mindfulness one-to-one and in groups, and being a Spiritual companion to those seeking to find ‘the one they name as God’.
While I come out of a Christian tradition I have a special love of Celtic spirituality, a heartfelt respect for Buddhism, and a curiosity and reverence of other faiths. I’ve attended and run numbers of different retreats over the last decade including those informed by Ignatian Spirituality, Celtic and Women's Work.
