Viki Abercrombie

I am a self employed counsellor with a Counselling degree and NZAC registration. I specialise in healing and recovery from trauma with a focus on being connected to and agentic with our own wellbeing.

My area of expertise is from a Creative Therapies perspective that eclectically draws from Psychodynamic and Contemporary Theories including but not limited to Narrative, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness alongside ARTS and PLAY based therapies. I work with children and adults across all genders and cultures.

I enjoy life. I am a mother and a recently new grandmother. I have 2 dogs, practise yoga and love walking in the glorious landscapes of Central Otago and Aotearoa.
