Annelize Prinsloo is an experienced Clinical Phychologist based in Invercargill Southland.
Annelize obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology in South Africa where she worked with people from various backgrounds who faced a variety of psychological challenges. Annelize has several interests within the field of psychology which include: Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Loss and Bereavement, Parental Guidance, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Relationship and Marriage Counselling, Stress Management and ACC Supported Assessments. Annelize has experience working with children, adolescence and adults, she offers individual psychotherapy and assessments.
Annelize follows and integrative approach that entails the utilization of various techniques from a variety of psychological therapeutic approaches, some of the approaches relied upon are, CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
